"Efficient and consumer friendly"
We arrived at our hotel via the local shuttle bus service from styrup airport, the cost was £7 which is cheaper than a taxi which costs £20.Our hotel was both luxurious and comfortable but mainly catered towards the business traveller. The buffet breakfast was the best feature with a huge variety of meats, cheeses and usual breakfast dishes. The room was en-suite and had an excellent bathroom which was clean. There was a mini bar with light snacks and one could use the business fortfollio to write letters or make notes. We visited the viking museum near the docks, harry's bar in town which was half price after 3.pm on all meals and beverages, becomes busy after 7.pm.Also there is a free to enter art museum which is highly reccomended and well copenhagen which one can reach by train over the local bridge seperating denmark with sweden. There are local ameties nearby to the hotel which we found useful like in door shopping centre craft shops.

"Good Experience"
We stayed on two separate occasions in August this year. We booked on the Oresund Bridge package, which included the toll charge for crossing into Copenhagen - very useful, and it saved us some money. Our room was larger than expected, with a complete separate seating and desk area, and two TV's! Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included in the room rate, and was very good. Staff were helpful, and a small problem with a bar charge that had been added to our bill incorrectly was sorted out straight away. I would be happy to stay there again.

"In Malmö, this is definitely a great place to stay! Great location & A/C !!"
This property was recommended to us by Boston friends who make an annual trek here (for the past 15 years). They use it as a base for their trips into Copenhagen and for day trips elsewhere, since it's so conveniently located in Malmö. Close to the train station (~5 min walk) so it's easily accessible from the CPH airport, and it's a very short ride to Copenhagen proper, so it's a great escape from the much higher hotel prices in Copenhagen. By car, it's right over the bridge.
We (my husband, 13-year-old son, and I) loved it. It was our first trip to Scandinavia. This is the town of one of my husband's paternal ancestors..........Many Americans of Swedish origin have relatives who came to the US from Malmö originally.
Anyway, the hotel is easily accessible from the airport. We liked it because of its huge rooms and its fabulous location. No car needed to get around town, as everything we needed seemed to be within walking distance. The Big Square, the Little Square, department stores, fast food, restaurants, markets, etc. A huge factor in picking this hotel over many others was the fact that it had air conditioning. Not only that....their A/C worked really well. While we were there, there was a heat wave (Well, it may not have been an "official" heat wave, but it was repressively hot for days on end) and I was grateful for the relief from the high outdoor temperatures.
One of the things I liked best besides the huge rooms was the very generous full breakfast buffet that is included in the price of the room. There was a wonderful variety of items......eggs, fresh fruits, sausages, ubiquitous Swedish meatballs, sautéd mushrooms, french toast, rolls including whole grain, cereals, meats, cheeses, nuts, juices, fish, specialty teas, yogurts, breakfast pastries, etc. I have been trying to watch my weight and cholesterol and the buffet items had little signs with code letters/words like: Red S for Sweets, Green S for Slim, E for Energy, F for Fiber, H for Healthy and I forget what for Local Specialties. I was so impressed, because it took the guesswork out of what I should be eating. Also, I ate a huge breakfast everyday and then I either was able to skip lunch or just have a small snack while I was off on one of my day trips. A huge money saver for me. My son also enjoyed the breakfasts, but my husband preferred to sleep an extra hour.
The rooms (we had two adjoining rooms) were large and very clean. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and friendly and helpful. Petr in the bar was very warm and offered great beer suggestions. There was a patio/garden off the bar where it was nice to have a drink or a light meal.
My husband liked the hotel as a base, because Radissons offer free internet access and he needed to do work. We thought that we could just plug in his laptop and BlackBerry charger, but it turned out we needed some sort of adapters and it turns out that the Front Desk has multiple kinds of adapters that they loan out to you as just another guest service.
The hotel has a restaurant (where we had breakfast), but it was closed for dinner in the summer.
As a family, we're pretty picky when it comes to hotels, and we tend to be critical of them. However, this hotel offered something that we could agree on. (My son liked the easy access to shops and enjoyed a newfound love of dark Swedish chocolate).
Anyway, it's nice to be able to write a positive review!
